Our first two tours of this season have taken us to Tuscany, from Lucca across to the  enchanting Island of Elba and from the north of Tuscany to ravishing Ravenna.  The fields are full of wild flowers, the markets are coming to life with fresh asparagus, artichokes, cherries and apricots and the long evenings have given us perfect conditions for spring hiking.  This is a glorious time of year to visit Italy and in 2019 we plan to kick-off the season with our hike in the Italian Lakes, from May 2 - 9.  If you have always dreamed of visiting Lake Como, Lake Maggiore or the hidden gem of Lake Orta then this could be the tour for you!
